The importance of legislation.

Free, fair and accurate elections are fundamental to maintaining a civil society. It is only when "We the People" vote in transparent and honest elections can the peaceful transfer of power be made from one person or group to another person or group. When we lose faith and confidence in our elections we begin down the path to totalitarianism.

The Tennessee legislature is out of session for 2023 except for a special session that will hear only one item. No election integrity issues will be heard for the rest of this year.

When the 2024 session of the legislature reconvenes in January of 2024 and new bills are brought forward the bills we support and why and the bills we want to fail, and why, will be presented here.

A test page of one bill from the 2023 session is presented here as an example of what to expect.
